新疆生态环境脆弱,经济发展滞后,人口增长过快,少数民族地区人口与经济问题与全疆相比有着显著的差别,具有很强的特殊性。本文以人口与经济相互影响、相互制约的关系为主线,分析新疆少数民族地区人口增长与经济发展的关系,认为新疆少数民族地区人口增长过快,使得劳动力的供给规模超过实际需求,进而加大了就业压力,且潜在失业状态的人口增长会对少数民族地区的整体经济社会发展带来不利影响。
Xinjiang has a fragile ecological environment, lags behind in its economic development, and its population growth is too fast. Population and economic problems in ethnic minority areas are significantly different from those in Xinjiang. They are very unique. Based on the interrelationship between population and economy and the relationship between population and economy, this paper analyzes the relationship between population growth and economic development in ethnic minority areas of Xinjiang. It considers that the population growth in ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang is increasing too fast, which makes the scale of supply of labor exceed the actual demand, The pressure of employment and the population growth in the potential unemployment state will adversely affect the overall economic and social development of ethnic minority areas.
