大量观测资料证明,在膨胀土地基上房屋开裂破坏的程度与地基土胀缩变形的幅度密切相关。因此,结合具体工程,估算房屋地基可能产生的最大位移辐度,可以对场地做出正确的评价,为房屋地基的设计和应采取的预防措施提供理论依据,确保房屋的正常使用和安全。本文就膨胀土地基上房屋的竖向膨胀和收缩变形的计算以及与之有关的问题分别加以论述。
A large number of observations have proved that the degree of cracking of houses on an expansive soil foundation is closely related to the extent of deformation and deformation of foundation soil.
