教学设计是教师依据学生需求及教学目标,系统而有序地安排教学内容,选择适宜教学方法,实现预期目标的过程。因此,教师应从学生角度出发,将教学对象需求与教学目标紧密结合,使教学结果最优化,进而达到有效教学。高中课堂教学设计可分为三个步骤:第一,教师需要明确学生需求,将其与教学目标相结合;第二,教师需要安排具体教学内容,选择合适教学方法,从而实现预期教学目标;最后,教师还应着重设计考查方式,以期能够更直观的检测教学效果。
Instructional design is based on the needs of students and teaching objectives, teachers arranged for systematic and orderly teaching content, choose the appropriate teaching methods, to achieve the desired goal of the process. Therefore, teachers should be from the student’s point of view, the teaching needs and teaching objectives are closely integrated, the teaching results are optimized, so as to achieve effective teaching. The design of high school classroom teaching can be divided into three steps: first, teachers need to identify the needs of students and combine them with teaching objectives; second, teachers need to arrange specific teaching content and choose appropriate teaching methods to achieve the expected teaching goals; finally , Teachers should also focus on the design test methods, in order to be able to more intuitive test of teaching effectiveness.
