以本室保存的RBSV沙县毒源,经人工饲养纯化的黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix cinctice ps)带毒虫,采用笼罩集团接种法,结合试管定苗定虫接种法,进行抗性测定。结果在供试的156个水稻种质材料中,未见免疫类型,但品种间存在明显的抗性差异,其稻苗发病率在2.09%~88.51%,其中属于高抗的类型有包胎矮、包胎矮选、赤块矮3号和珍龙选3号等品种,可供病区推广使用或作为抗病育种的抗源材料。高抗品种不仅能明显降低病苗率、延长病害潜育期,而且能显著缩短带毒虫的寿命、降低无毒虫的获毒率、减少病株内的病毒量。
