18例配子体和无性体均阳性的恶性疟患者,随机双盲分为A、B和C三组,各组均6例。A组顿服甲氟喹750mg,B组顿服甲氟喹750mg+周效磺胺1500mg+乙胺嘧啶75mg,C组顿服甲氟喹750mg+伯喹45mg。以大劣按蚊检测配子体的感染性,以志愿者试验于孢子的感染性。结果全部患者治愈,治疗后7天,A组按蚊涎腺感染率为33.3~87.5%,B组为33.3~85.7%,被叮咬的志愿者全部感染恶性疟;治疗后14天,A组按蚊感染率为0~57.1%,B组为0~60.0%;治疗后21天,A组和B组的感染率均为0。C组仅1例治疗后1天能感染蚊媒,其余各天都未能感染蚊媒。显示甲氟喹和法西嘧对恶性疟配子体感染性无明显抑制作用,可能当地恶性疟原虫对法西达有抗性,当地恶性疟的潜伏期是7~13天。
Eighteen cases of falciparum malaria positive for both gametophyte and asexual patients were randomly divided into three groups A, B and C, with 6 cases in each group. Group A Dayton served mefloquine 750mg, Group B Dayton mequofloxacin 750mg + Sulfasalazine 1500mg + pyrimethamine 75mg, C group Dayton mequindox 750mg + Primordial 45mg. Anopheles giganticola was used to test the infectivity of gametophytes and volunteers tested for infectivity of spores. Results All the patients were cured. After 7 days of treatment, the infection rate of Anopheles salivary glands in group A was 33.3% -87.5%, while in group B 33.3% -85.7%, all the volunteers infected with bites were infected with P. falciparum. After 14 days of treatment, The infection rates of mosquitoes from 0 to 57.1% in mosquitoes and from 0 to 60.0% in group B, and the infection rates in group A and B were all 0 after 21 days of treatment. Only 1 patient in group C was able to infect mosquito media one day after treatment, and mosquitoes were not infected in the remaining days. The results showed that mefloquine and famecoxib had no significant inhibitory effect on the virulence of Plasmodium falciparum, and the resistance of Plasmodium falciparum to Faxidacil might be local. The incubation period of falciparum malaria in local area was 7 ~ 13 days.
