大型建筑企业项目群承建与企业成长的耦合互动结构研究

在工程建设项目日益巨型化、集群化的趋势下,大型建筑企业面对的将不再是对单一工程项目的割裂管理,势必寻求项目群承建与企业成长的良性耦合发展。然而,项目群承建与企业成长的内在关系尚未得到系统地研究,为此,先以企业管理理论为基础描述基于核心能力与成长战略互动的大型建筑企业成长系统,以项目群管理理论为基础描述由企业组织层、项目群层、子项目层构成的项目群承建系统,再运用耦合理论分析给出2个系统的耦合互动结构,并明确该耦合互动结构的特征、组成要素以及作用规律,从而为深入研究项目群承建与企业成长的耦合互动关系奠定基础。 Under the trend of increasingly huge and clustering construction projects, large construction enterprises will no longer face the fragmentation of a single construction project, and will certainly seek the benign coupling development between project construction and business growth. However, the inherent relationship between project construction and business growth has not been studied systematically. To this end, we first describe the growth system of large-scale construction enterprises based on the core competence and growth strategy based on the theory of business management, and describe the project based on the project management theory The project team construction system is composed of enterprise organization layer, project group and sub-project layer, and then the coupling interaction structure of the two systems is given by using the coupling theory. The characteristics, components and operating rules of the coupled interaction structure are clarified. Which lays the foundation for further research on the coupling and interaction between project construction and business growth.
