2012年12月7日,我市某化工厂在检修催化反应装置更换镍基催化剂过程中,发生一起4人急性中毒事件。1现场调查该厂为利用水煤气生产氢气最终合成苯胺的小型企业。氢气生产以水煤气为原料,使用镍基催化剂,在催化反应装置中生成氢气与一氧化碳。催化反应装置位于露天,四周无遮挡,主要由两侧7根竖立的圆柱形转化管构成,每根管直径0.1 m、高14 m;管内装填约120 kg固态柱状带孔镍基催化剂。2012年12月6日
