只要是个好演员,观众就埋没不了他。重庆市京剧团有个叫沈福存的四十六岁的旦角演员,在四川一带很有影响。近年来,他数次到北京演出,以其细腻的表演、优美的行腔吸引了广大观众,被誉为“山城名旦”。沈福存十三岁开始学戏,但没能系统地学,大都是跟师哥师姐们东一句、西一句地学些零星唱段。由于他天赋条件较好,加之好学,又受到京剧名家的熏陶,所以不到一年,即在他十四岁时,便登台演出了《双狮图》的薛蛟、《汾河湾》的薛丁山、《宝莲灯》的沉香、《三娘教子》的薛倚哥、《女起解》
