一、从大戟科植物六月雪(Euphorbia Marginala pursh)茎杆乳汁中分离提纯了六月雪蛋白水解酶.二、用六月雪乳汁为原料,做聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳,显示乳汁中蛋白成份简单,易于提纯提纯方法用葡聚糖 G—150凝胶过滤,可提得三个成份。成份 I 有水解蛋白质活性,用酸、碱性聚丙烯酰胺电泳鉴定为一条区带.三、用凝胶过滤法和 S.D.S.聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定水解酶的分子量为126000。四、进行了对该酶动力学性质研究,用酪蛋白、BAA、及 BAEE 为底物,分别测定此酶水解肽键、酰胺键和脂键的能力,研究了各种因素对酶活力的影响,如酶浓度、PH、温度,激活剂和抑制剂对酶活力的影响,测定了它水解 BAA 的 Km 值。
