用免疫组织化学法,以邻片双标记技术研究了大鼠颌下腺内GnRH及GnRH受体的分布;并对不同发育阶段大鼠颌下腺内GnRH及其受体进行了原位定量分析。结果表明,雄性成年大鼠颌下腺浆液性腺泡的腺上皮细胞及各级导管上皮细胞既呈GnRH又呈GnRH受体免疫反应性。60d龄内,大鼠颌下腺的GnRH及其受体的含量随年龄的增长而增多,60d龄~90d龄,其含量相对恒定。以上结果提示,GnRH可能以自分泌的方式参与了颌下腺的发育成熟过程及分泌功能的调节。
The distribution of GnRH and GnRH receptors in the submandibular gland of rats was studied by immunohistochemistry with adjacent double labeling technique. In situ quantitative analysis of GnRH and its receptor in the submandibular gland of different developmental stages was performed. The results showed that the GnRH and GnRH receptor immunoreactivity of glandular epithelial cells and ductal epithelial cells of male submandibular gland serous acinus were both observed. Within 60 days, the contents of GnRH and its receptor in rat submandibular glands increased with age, and remained relatively constant at 60 days to 90 days. The above results suggest that GnRH may be involved in the development and maturation of the submandibular glands and the regulation of secretory function in an autocrine manner.
