应用人骨髓CFU F体外培养技术 ,观察rhGM CSF和rhG CSF对急性白血病骨髓CFU F生成的影响。结果表明 ,上二者对CFU F的形成均有明显促进作用及协同效应 ,且rhGM CSF的作用大于rhG CSF。提示二者可能通过这种促进作用和改善骨髓微环境而更有效地发挥造血调节机能
Human bone marrow CFU F technique was used to observe the effect of rhGM and rhG CSF on the bone marrow CFU F production in acute leukemia. The results showed that both of the two have a significant promoting effect and synergistic effect on the formation of CFU F, and the effect of rhGM CSF is greater than that of rhG CSF. Suggesting that both may play a more effective role in hematopoietic regulation through this promoting effect and improving bone marrow microenvironment
