烫伤是一全身性疾病,尤其在大面积烫伤其全身反应尤重。自从学习祖国医学以来,在烫伤的治疗中亦采用了一些中药,今将本院外科半年来住院治疗之烫伤患者作一小结,探讨疗效。本院半年来住院治疗烫伤之患者10例,男性6例女性4。10例中7例系开水烫伤,3例系火焰或油烧伤。烫伤面积自3～20%。三度烫伤者1例,一、二度烫伤9例。年龄自11月至39岁不等,三岁以下者六例。其中以小见的大面积烫伤全身反应较为严重,一般则全身反应甚小。

One case of third degree scald, one case of second degree scald, nine cases. The age ranged from November to the age of 39, with six under the age of three. One of the small see a large area scalded more serious systemic reactions, the general systemic response is very small.
