改革开放的步伐已经走过了30年,这30年也是中国经济体制处于过渡期,经济体制改革随着全球化经济的浪潮不断前行。与此同时,我国的政府职能也相应发生着转变。但是,如果二者不能保持步调一致,那么必然出现政府角色错位的问题。文章以产权理论为基础,以酒鬼酒企业为案例,分析地方政府的两种角色之间相互冲突的现象和原因,进而提出结论和建议。
The pace of reform and opening up has passed 30 years. In the past 30 years, the Chinese economic system was in a transitional period, and the economic reform continued along the tide of a globalized economy. At the same time, the government functions of our country also change accordingly. However, if the two can not keep pace with each other, then there is a certain issue of dislocation of the government’s role. Based on the theory of property rights and the case of alcoholic liquor enterprises, the article analyzes the mutual conflict between the two roles of local government and their causes, and then puts forward the conclusions and suggestions.
