氧化白藜芦醇具有抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用。为了从桑枝中有效提取这一生物活性物质,采用乙醇提取法获得桑枝粗提液,通过硅胶柱、葡聚糖柱柱层析法分离制备桑枝氧化白藜芦醇样品。运用核磁共振、HPLC-MS等方法鉴定样品的化学结构和分子质量,证实制备样品为氧化白藜芦醇,通过高效液相色谱检测其质量分数大于99%。研究结果为从桑枝中分离提取氧化白藜芦醇提供了一种简便有效的方法。
Oxidation of resveratrol has the effect of inhibiting tyrosinase activity. In order to extract this biologically active substance effectively from mulberry branches, crude extract of mulberry branch was obtained by ethanol extraction. The samples of mulberry oxidized resveratrol were isolated by silica gel column and dextran column chromatography. The chemical structures and molecular weights of the samples were identified by using nuclear magnetic resonance and HPLC-MS. The prepared resveratrol was confirmed to be oxidized resveratrol, and its mass fraction was over 99% by HPLC. The results provide a convenient and effective method for the separation and extraction of resveratrol from mulberry.
