性取向的多元化符合个体的权利要求,但是对人类社会的可持续发展非常不利。进行性取向的社会建构,可以从几个方面入手,如,媒体工作者自身要对性取向社会建构的重要作用有足够的重视;理论工作者应当厘清并告知青少年,性行为和性倾向是不同的,不能将两者混淆;社会教育应重视并充分发挥媒体在青少年性取向社会建构中的特殊作用;父母也要重视儿童早期的性取向建构。

The social construction of sexual orientation can start from several aspects. For example, media workers themselves should pay enough attention to the important role of sexual orientation in social construction.
