事隔10年之后,美国颁布了新的国家航天政策。对于这样一个引领美国今后航天领域走向的纲领性文件,国际社会最关心的是其对太空军事化的态度。美国历来认为外太空对美国的国家安全和经济利益至关重要,纵观过去10多年,无论是政府更换,还是国际形势变化,美国这一战略目标始终没有动摇或发生改变,而发展太空武器就是实施这一战略目标的重要步骤。本期“从美国新航天政策看美国太空武器的走向”一文,从美国军方的航天战略、重点发展技术和继续研制的武器装备等多层面,解析了美国太空武器的走向。
