为弄清家禽类能否作为华支睾吸虫保虫宿主问题,我室于1987年11月对鸡鸭作人工感染试验,现将结果报告如下。 健康童鸭6只和本地鸡2只,经粪检均未发现华支睾吸虫虫卵。在华支睾吸虫病流行区捕获麦穗鱼,用消化法收集华支睾吸虫囊蚴,喂饲法分别感染上述鸭5只(1只作空白对照)、鸡2只,感染量每只300个囊蚴,并另用2只家兔以同量感染作对照。感染后鸡鸭发育良好。在感染30天后,先后查鸡鸭粪便5次,仅在感染35天后的一次鸭粪中发现有5~6个类
In order to find out whether poultry can be used as host of Clonorchis sinensis, we conducted artificial infection test on chickens and ducks in November 1987, and the results are reported as follows. There were 6 healthy ducks and 2 local chickens. Clonorchis sinensis eggs were not detected by fecal examination. In the endemic area of Clonorchiasis catch wheat ear fish, clonorchiasis metacercariae were collected by digestion method, 5 were infected with the duck (1 blank control), 2 chickens, each infecting 300 A metacercaria, and the other two rabbits with the same amount of infection for the control. Chickens and ducks developed well after infection. After 30 days of infection, the chickens and ducks were examined five times in a row, and only five to six
