目的探讨饮用水中亚硝酸盐含量的变化。方法采用离子色谱仪DX-600或ICS—3000测定自来水、矿泉水和纯净水中亚硝酸盐的含量。结果在自来水、矿泉水和纯净水中亚硝酸盐的含量不同,自来水与矿泉水中亚硝酸盐含量显著高于纯净水中亚硝酸盐含量(P均<0.05);该方法检出的亚硝酸根离子浓度在0~0.25μg/ml的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系r=0.9999,最小检出限为0.0009μg/ml,实际加标回收率在98.56%~106.27%之间。结论采用离子色谱法测定饮用水中亚硝酸盐灵敏度高、结果准确,可实现样品的快速检测。
Objective To explore the change of nitrite content in drinking water. Methods The content of nitrite in tap water, mineral water and pure water were determined by ion chromatography DX-600 or ICS-3000. Results The contents of nitrite in tap water, mineral water and purified water were different. The nitrite content in tap water and mineral water was significantly higher than that in pure water (P <0.05). The nitrite ion concentration In the range of 0 ~ 0.25μg / ml, there was a good linear relationship r = 0.9999, the minimum detection limit was 0.0009μg / ml, and the actual recovery was between 98.56% ~ 106.27%. Conclusion The method of ion chromatography has the advantages of high sensitivity to nitrite in drinking water and accurate result.
