随着人类生活节奏的加快,工作、学习压力增大,抑郁症和糖尿病的发病率呈现出逐年上升的趋势。慢性刺激作为抑郁症的一个主要诱发因素,是否也是糖尿病的发病原因还不十分清楚,本文就慢性刺激引发的神经内分泌变化,以及慢性刺激对机体糖代谢的影响等方面加以综述。通过研究慢性刺激在抑郁症、糖尿病发病机制中的作用,进一步探讨抑郁症与糖尿病之间的相关性,为临床抑郁症和糖尿病的治疗提供一个新的思路。
With the accelerating pace of human life, work and study pressure increased, the incidence of depression and diabetes showed a trend of increasing year by year. Chronic stimulation as a major predisposing factor for depression, whether it is also the cause of diabetes is not yet clear, this article on the neuroendocrine changes caused by chronic stimulation, as well as the impact of chronic stimulation on the body’s glucose metabolism and so on are reviewed. By studying the role of chronic stimulation in the pathogenesis of depression and diabetes mellitus, we further explore the correlation between depression and diabetes and provide a new idea for the treatment of clinical depression and diabetes.
