外伤性白内障常因合并其它组织损伤以及晶体囊膜、皮质的特殊变化而使手术变得复杂。在白内障囊外摘除术中,如能将晶体前囊按设计要求完整截除,既有利于皮质吸出,又可避免对晶体囊袋及邻近组织的牵拉,便于人工晶体植入,对预防术后并发症也有重大意义。然而,用自制截囊针或其它常用截囊器械要想达到以上目的是十分困难的。
Traumatic cataract often combined with other tissue damage and crystal capsule, cortical special changes make surgery complicated. In extracapsular cataract extraction, if the anterior lens capsule can be cut off completely according to the design requirements, it is not only beneficial to the aspiration of the cortex, but also to avoid the pulling of the lens capsule and the adjacent tissues, so as to facilitate the intraocular lens implantation. Post complication is also of great significance. However, it is very difficult to achieve the above goal with homemade dicing needles or other commonly used devices.
