本文利用中国综合社会调查数据研究了中国创业者的工作满意度及其影响因素。研究结果表明,创业者的工作满意度高于受雇者,且较为成功的机会型创业者的工作满意度比生存型创业者更高。进一步的研究发现,除了通常能获取比受雇者更高的收入外,创业者较高的工作自主性也是其工作满意度更高的重要原因。我们分性别和城乡样本所展开的研究也得到了类似的结论,表明了上述结果的稳健性。
This article uses China’s comprehensive social survey data to study the job satisfaction of Chinese entrepreneurs and its influencing factors. The results show that the entrepreneur’s job satisfaction is higher than that of employees, and the more successful opportunistic entrepreneurs have higher job satisfaction than the surviving entrepreneurs. Further research found that, in addition to generally obtaining higher incomes than employed workers, the higher job autonomy of entrepreneurs is also an important reason for their job satisfaction. A similar conclusion has been drawn from our study of gender and urban-rural samples, showing the robustness of the above results.
