The YC15 saddle-type traction double-cone tank bulk cement transport vehicle designed by the Bureau of Industry of our bureau and manufactured by our company’s machine repair factory passed the departmental technical appraisal in Tangshan from November 16th to 19th, 1983. Participated in the meeting were the Construction Administration Bureau of the State Development Planning Commission, the Machinery Authority of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection, the Construction Management Bureau, the China Construction Engineering Corporation, the Science and Technology Commission of the Tangshan City and the Traffic Supervision Institute, as well as scientific research, design, and
