我国现行档案管理体制虽然在推动我国档案事业发展方面取得了一些成绩,但体制所带来的一系列问题也不容忽视。为进一步推动我国档案事业健康发展,我们有必要对现行的档案管理体制进行调整与改革。现行档案管理体制改革是一个全面系统的工作,它不是对传统档案管理体制完全推倒,重新构建,而是要在国家行政管理体制改革的总体框架内,逐步探索、逐步完善和逐步实现。
Although the current archives management system in our country has made some achievements in promoting the development of archives in our country, a series of problems caused by the system can not be ignored. In order to further promote the healthy development of archives in our country, we need to make adjustments and reforms to the existing archives management system. The current file management system reform is a comprehensive and systematic work. It does not completely overthrow and reconstruct the traditional file management system.
