中职校女生一般年龄在15-20岁之间,其身心发展正处于最为迅猛的时期,大部分学生由于经历了中考的挫折和经受着“才貌不出众”的压力,因此其心理成长与发展蒙上了一层阴影。笔者近年一直任教中职财会、酒店管理等以女生为主的班级,在与学生们频繁的接触和交流中发现,女生们在进入中职校这个新环境以后,往往会出现一系列心理问题。究其原因,产生这些心理问题有主观原因也有客观原因。
