农村中小学教师教研活动单一,参与教研活动的内需力不强,校本教研存在浅层化问题。为了调动内需,促进农村教师专业化发展,提高专业素质,应该从职称晋升制度改革、绩效考核、年度考核、评优选先等四个方面探究激发教研热情,促进农村教师专业化发展的新路子。农村学校信息相对闭塞,教研活动单一,大部分教师以教材为中心,以上课为主轴从事日常教学活动,教研以学校安排的听课、评课为主,平时很少参与教研活动,学校没有形成浓厚
