水电站压力管道的设计中，以水击压力的允许值和机组转速变化的允许值作为工程设计的限制值计算压力管道的直径和壁厚，这对于节约材料、降低工程造价具有一定的意义
In the design of pressure pipelines of hydropower station, the allowable value of water hammer pressure and allowable value of unit speed change are taken as the limit value of engineering design to calculate the diameter and wall thickness of pressure pipe, which has some significance for saving materials and reducing project cost.
