高校网站种类繁多,水平参差不齐、信息更新频率低、安全性能差等问题日趋凸显。为提高网站建设水平,充分发挥网站服务教学教务的作用,本文依据评价指标体系建设的系统性、科学性、发展性、实用性和可操作性原则,采取定性与定量相结合的层次分析法(The analytic hierarchy process,AHP),尝试从网站建设、内容、功能、安全等方面入手构建高校网站评估体系的指标,借助Microsoft office Excel工具方便快捷地计算出各个指标的权重,并检验权重分配的合理性,最终根据合理的权重分配结果构建高校网站评价指标体系。
There are many kinds of websites in colleges and universities, the levels are uneven, the frequency of information update is low, the safety performance is poor and so on. In order to improve the level of website construction and give full play to the role of website service teaching administration, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the systematic, scientific, developmental, practical and operational principles of the evaluation index system The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) attempts to construct the evaluation index of college website from the aspect of website construction, content, function and security, and calculates the weight of each index conveniently and quickly with Microsoft office Excel tools, and tests the reasonable weight distribution Finally, according to the result of reasonable weight allocation, the evaluation index system of college website is constructed.
