创意产业,作为科技革命第三波浪潮后出现的标志性产业形态,在当下的中国受到越来越多的热议。内地各城市也在研究创意产业园项目。然而没有严谨的科学论证,盲目的上马创意产业项目,所将带来的则是地方剧烈的阵痛。创意产业这个专业名词在国内部分地方已然被念成了简单的高附加值工业产业,俨然忽视了创意产业的本质所在。
As a symbolic industrial form that emerged after the third wave of technological revolution, creative industries are receiving more and more heated arguments in the present China. Mainland cities are also studying creative industry park projects. However, without rigorous scientific justification, blindly launching creative industries projects will bring about the severe local pain. The term “creative industries” has been read as a simple high-value-added industrial part in some parts of the country, ignoring the essence of creative industries.
