患者男,42岁,因行男性绝育于术查体发现“左侧阴囊内2块肿物”。20年前患者无意中发现左侧阴囊内睾丸上方有两黄豆粒大小肿物,肿物增长缓慢,无异常增大趋势,只有阴囊受外力时,偶感疼痛,故未常规诊治。既往否认有结核病史,无阴囊外伤、手术史。患者于查体:(1)双侧睾丸约15mL,质韧,
