一、概况 在国内外所制订的齿轮公差标准中,作为评定齿轮使用质量的要素多达数十项,有些项目是类似的,有些是重复的。这样多的评定要素订在一个标准中,使用时只能根据齿轮的不同用途任选几项要素。由此看来,在一个标准中规定过多的评定要素不利于齿轮质量的统一和互换性,为此应根据我国的具体情况,制订出适合我国生产实践的新的齿轮公差标准。
I. Overview At home and abroad to develop the gear tolerance standards, as used to assess the quality of gear up to dozens of elements, some items are similar, some are repeated. This evaluation of many factors set in a standard, the use of gear can only be used according to different purposes, a few optional elements. In view of this, in a standard stipulated too much evaluation of elements is not conducive to the unity and interchangeability of gear quality, this should be based on China’s specific circumstances, to formulate a new gear tolerance standards for our production practice.
