党的十八大对继续推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设、全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标作出了全面部署,为体育事业和体育产业的大发展提供了难得历史机遇。我们要以党的十八大精神为指导,兴起陕西体育事业和体育产业发展的新高潮。体育是人体生命机能的重要体现,是促进人体健康的根本途径,是社会文明进步的重要标志。健康是生命延续和发展的基础和支撑,是人民群众的根本利益。十八大报告指出强调“健康是促进人的全面发展的必然要求。”因此,发展体育事业、促进人民健康是贯彻十八大精神的必然要求。
The 18th CPC National Congress has made a comprehensive plan for the grand promotion of reform and opening up as well as socialist modernization and the building of a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and has provided a rare historic opportunity for the great development of the sports industry and the sports industry. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “Health is an inevitable requirement for promoting the all-round development of people.” Therefore, developing sports and promoting people’s health are inevitable requirements of the 18th CPC Congress.
