对碳青霉素烯类抗生素比阿培南及其中间体的合成研究进行综述,并对主要合成路线进行了简单的评述,同时对比阿培南在国内的生产状况及存在的问题进行了分析。
The synthesis of carbapenem antibiotic biapenem and its intermediate was reviewed. The main synthetic route was briefly reviewed. At the same time, the production status and existing problems of apenicillin in China were analyzed.
