目的:探讨问题教学法在消毒供应中心临床教学中的应用效果。方法对2015年4月---2016年7月在南充市中心医院消毒供应中心实习的203名护理大专生采用问题教学法指导教学,并从护生对教学的满意度、出科理论、技能操作考试成绩与采用传统教学法进行教学的2014年同期实习生164名作比较。结果87.2%的护生认为问题教学法能提高学习积极性和主动性,86.2%的护生认为问题学习法可提高学习兴趣。护生的教学满意率,出科成绩与上年同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论这种教学方法,可提高带教老师的自身素质,激发学生的好奇心,提高学习兴趣,有利于调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,进而提高临床教学质量,取得教、学双赢的效果。“,”Objective To investigate the effect of the problem teaching method in clinical teaching. Method There are 203 trainees who practice at disinfection and supply center, Nanchong Center Hospital during April 2015-July 2016. They are nursing junior col ege students and they were taught by the problem teaching method. According to student’s satisfaction with teaching, the theory of teaching and the grade of examination. Compared them with the trainees in 2014 who were taught by traditional method. Results 87.2%nursing junior students think the problem teaching method can improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and 86.2%of nursing students think problem learning method can promote interest. Satisfaction of nursing junior students teaching and scores improve a lot. Compared with a year earlier,the difference is statistically signiifcant (P<0.001). Conclusion This method of teaching can improve the quality of teaching and stimulate students’ curiosity. It is helpful to arouse the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students. Thus promote the quality of clinical teaching. We can get a win-win outcome.
