研究了轧制变形对Mg-0.6Zr合金阻尼性能变化的影响。结果表明:经400℃热轧后,Mg-0.6Zr合金的阻尼性能大幅下降,且阻尼性能随变形量增大而降低。轧制变形后合金内形成了大量位错缠结,可动位错密度大幅降低,同时由于动态再结晶发生得不完全及亚晶界对位错“弓出”产生的阻碍作用,是导致阻尼性能下降的主要原因。
The effect of rolling deformation on the damping properties of Mg-0.6Zr alloy was studied. The results show that the damping capacity of Mg-0.6Zr alloy decreases sharply after hot rolling at 400 ℃, and the damping capacity decreases with the increase of deformation. A large amount of dislocation entanglement is formed in the alloy after rolling deformation, and the density of movable dislocation is greatly reduced. At the same time, due to the incomplete occurrence of dynamic recrystallization and the obstruction effect of subgrain boundaries on dislocation Leading to the damping of the main reasons for the decline.
