目的:研究大蒜素对人ether-à-go-go-related gene通道的作用。方法:利用全细胞膜片钳技术检测表达在人胚肾293细胞上的hERG通道产生的电流IKr。结果:大蒜素对hERG通道没有明显的抑制作用。结论:大蒜素对hERG通道没有急性抑制作用。这可能是由于大蒜素对hERG通道没有直接的阻滞作用。因此,还需要通过研究大蒜素对hERG通道的慢性作用来进一步阐明大蒜素发挥抗心律失常生物活性的原因。
Objective: To study the effect of allicin on human ether-à-go-go-related gene channels. Methods: Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to detect the current IKr produced by hERG channels expressed on human embryonic kidney 293 cells. Results: Allicin had no obvious inhibitory effect on hERG channel. Conclusion: Allicin has no acute inhibitory effect on hERG channel. This is probably due to the fact that allicin has no direct blockade of hERG channels. Therefore, we also need to study allicin’s hERG channel chronic effects to further clarify allicin play anti-arrhythmic biological activity reasons.
