针对2自由度混合驱动机器的工作特点,进行了混合驱动压力机构实验机构的运动控制研究。以变结构控制策略为基础,提出了基于逆运动学理论的混合驱动机器运动控制实时在线误差补偿控制方法,并进行了仿真研究,误差实时在线补偿后的位移曲线与理论位移曲线的吻合较好,误差在1%之内。
Aiming at the working characteristics of 2 DOF hybrid driving machine, the motion control research of hybrid driven pressure mechanism experimental mechanism was carried out. Based on the variable structure control strategy, a real-time on-line error compensation control method for hybrid drive machine motion control based on inverse kinematics theory is proposed and simulated. The displacement curve after in-line error compensation is in good agreement with the theoretical displacement curve , The error is within 1%.
