目的:探讨 IgE和粉螨特异性IgE在尿螨病诊断中的应用价值.方法:用 ELISA法对69例尿螨病患者进行血清总IgE、螨特异性IgE的检测.结果:尿螨病患者血清总IgE及螨特异性IgE水平分别为89±22IU/ml、71±22IU/ml,而正常对照组血清总IgE及螨特异性IgE水平分别为35±27IU/ml、29±18IU/ml,两者相比差异有显著性(P“,”Objective: To study the clinical value of IgE, specific IgE of acaridae mites in the diagnosis of urinary acariasis. Methods: The total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of the patients with urinary acariasis were detected by the method of ELISA. Results: The average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of the patients with urinary acariasis were 89±22IU/mK 71±22IU/ml respectively. The average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of normal controls were 35±27IU/ml, 29±18IU/ml respectively. There was high significantly difference between two groups (P<0. 01-0. 05). A-mong them, the average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of the patients with urinary acariasis in light, moderate, heavy were 82±18IU/ml 95±24IU/ml. 106±26IU/ml, 65±19IU/ml、78 ± 24IU/ml、84 ± 23IU/ml respectively. There was high significantly difference among three groups (P<0. 01). Conclusions: The average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of the patients with urinary acariasis were high obviously. It was seemed that the pathological process of urinary acariasis would be associated with the levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum
