社会科学跨学科研究是一种以集体智慧解决人类社会发展面临的复杂现实问题的研究方式,具有以重大理论或现实问题为研究起点、以协作贯穿研究的过程、以创新作为知识生产的方式等特点。社会科学研究管理部门应充分考虑社科研究的这一特点,探索适合跨学科研究的成果评价方式与方法。在开展社会科学跨学科成果评价时,以满足国家和社会需求作为评价原则,可体现社会科学跨学科成果服务于社会的应用价值;在评价方法上,应重点考察跨学科成果对相关学科知识、方法等的整合程度;在评价过程上,对跨学科成果的评价,应当是历时的、动态的,即不仅评价成果在某一阶段的产出对解决社会问题的贡献,亦考察成果在历经一段时间的考验之后,对阐释现实问题的适用性如何。
