目的评价郑州市城区社区卫生服务中心(Community Health Service Centers,CHSC)卫生人力资源配置状况以及卫生服务的能力和水平,为卫生人力资源的合理配置提供数据基础。方法抽样调查获得郑州市城区社区卫生服务中心人力资源基础数据后,对其配备现况进行评价。采用Epi Data3.0建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果共调查郑州市城区社区卫生服务中心15个,卫生资源人力总数为772人。每千人口拥有卫生人员(包括后勤人员)数和卫生技术人员数分别为0.54人和0.48人;每千人口拥有执业医师数和注册护士数分别为0.23人和0.18人。医师的比例偏高,护理和药剂人员配置不足,医护比例1∶0.79,高于国家均值1∶0.41。大专以上学历占87.3%,中级及以上职称和工作年限五年以上所占比例低于国家平均水平。结论郑州市城区社区卫生服务中心人力资源数量仍不十分充足,结构配置不十分合理,整体素质一般。
Objective To evaluate the status of health workforce allocation and the capacity and level of health services in community health service centers (CHSCs) of Zhengzhou city and provide the data basis for the rational allocation of human resources for health workforce. Methods Sampling survey obtained the basic data of human resources of community health service center in Zhengzhou City, and evaluated the status of its allocation. Using Epi Data3.0 to establish a database and statistical analysis. Results A total of 15 community health service centers were surveyed in Zhengzhou City, with a total of 772 human resources for health resources. The number of health workers (including logisticians) and health technicians per 1000 population was 0.54 and 0.48 respectively. The number of practicing doctors and nurses per 1000 population was 0.23 and 0.18 respectively. The high proportion of physicians, lack of nursing and pharmacy staffing, the ratio of health care 1: 0.79, higher than the national average of 1: 0.41. College education 87.3%, intermediate level and above titles and years of work more than five years the proportion of lower than the national average. Conclusion The number of human resources in community health service centers in urban areas of Zhengzhou City is still not very adequate, the structure and configuration are not very reasonable, and the overall quality is generally good.
