目的探讨鸦胆子油乳剂联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 90例肺癌伴恶性胸腔积液患者经胸腔闭式引流术排尽胸腔积液后被随机均分为三组,A组胸腔内注入鸦胆子油乳剂、顺铂和地塞米松针剂;B组注入鸦胆子油乳剂和地塞米松针剂;C组注入顺铂和地塞米松针剂。4周后观察近期疗效和功能状态评分。结果 A组总有效率为80.0%,高于B组的46.7%和C组的50.0%(P<0.05)。A组功能状态评分优于B、C组。结论鸦胆子油乳剂联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液近期疗效好,能明显改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with cisplatin intrapleurally on malignant pleural effusion. Methods Ninety patients with lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into three groups by thoracic closed drainage drainage. The patients in group A received intrapleural injection of Brucea javanica oil emulsion, cisplatin and dexamethasone injection. In group B Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection and dexamethasone injection; C group injection of cisplatin and dexamethasone injection. After 4 weeks, the short-term efficacy and functional status scores were observed. Results The total effective rate in group A was 80.0%, higher than that in group B 46.7% and group C 50.0% (P <0.05). The functional status score of group A was better than that of group B and C. Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with cisplatin intrapleural injection of malignant pleural effusion has a good effect in the near future, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
