患者,男,28岁,农民。因患急性阑尾炎及喘息型气管炎入院。既往有喘息型气管炎史10余年。未曾用过地塞米松。青霉素皮试阴性。检查:T38.7℃,P88,R22,BP70/40,平卧位,神志清,轻度口唇紫绀,心率88,节律整齐,两肺可闻及哮鸣音,右下腹有明显压疼及反跳疼,腰大肌体征阳性。血常规:WBC27600,N91,L9,按急性阑尾炎及喘息型气管炎常规治疗。当用青霉素钾盐720万单位和地塞米松10mg同时加入5％葡萄糖1000ml中静滴至100ml左右时,
