总结了宝钢电炉炼钢厂LF炉之温度行为。通过对大量数据的统计分析,得到了钢包在不同状态下钢水的降温速率与钢水浸泡时间及钢水温度的回归关系,考察了不同通电级数下钢水的升温速率及相应的加热效率,获得了加入渣料、铁合金及喂线时的温降系数,给出基于温度分析的LF炉合适的工艺过程曲线。这些回归关系及各种特征数据的获得,将有助于掌握此座LF炉的性能特点,并据此制定出更为合理的LF炉工艺规程。
The temperature behavior of LF furnace in Baosteel EAF was summarized. Through the statistical analysis of a large amount of data, the regression relationship between the cooling rate of molten steel and the soaking time of molten steel and the temperature of molten steel under different states was obtained. The heating rate and corresponding heating efficiency of molten steel under different energization stages were obtained. Slag, ferroalloy and feed the temperature coefficient of decline, given the temperature analysis based LF furnace curve of the appropriate process. These regression relationships and the availability of various characterization data will help to understand the performance characteristics of this LF furnace and to develop a more reasonable LF furnace process.
