针对空心涡轮叶片精铸蜡型陶芯定位元件尺寸难以精确量化的问题,提出了基于模型匹配算法的陶芯定位元件尺寸计算方法。通过将壁厚权值因子引入匹配模型,实现了测量数据与理论模型的精确匹配;基于匹配后的陶芯实测数据,建立了定位元件的尺寸计算方法;最后,将壁厚偏差分布一致的一批陶芯分两组进行实验对比。结果表明该方法计算出的陶芯定位元件尺寸能够有效提高蜡型壁厚精度,对空心涡轮叶片的精确控型有一定的指导意义。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately measure the size of the locating element of the wax core of the hollow turbine blade, a method of calculating the dimension of the locating element of the ceramic core based on the model matching algorithm is proposed. By introducing the wall thickness weight factor into the matching model, the exact match between the measured data and the theoretical model is achieved. Based on the measured data, the dimension calculation method of the positioning element is established. Finally, Batch ceramic core divided into two groups for experimental comparison. The results show that the size of the ceramic core positioning element calculated by the method can effectively improve the precision of the wax wall thickness and has certain guiding significance for the accurate control of the hollow turbine blade.
