改革开放给企业带来活力,《企业法》的颁布为企业提供了法律保障,《条例》的下发,进一步赋予企业充分的自主权。在这由计划经济到商品经济,再发展成为市场经济的大潮中,南昌塑料八厂在技术改造、外引技资、深化改革等方面做了大量工作,取得了一定成效,特别是在邓小平同志南巡讲话精神的鼓舞下,全厂职工干劲倍增,今年1-11月份完成工业总产值8624万元,销售收入5815万元,实现利税653万元,并在转换企业经营机制过程中走出了一条搞活企业的成功之路。
