对我院经手术确诊并治愈新生儿环状胰腺1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,生后51 h。呕吐2 d入院,孕37+2周因羊水过多行剖宫产,Apgar评分正常。羊水量多,约3 000 ml,清亮。生后18h出现呕吐,初为淡咖啡样物,后为黄色胃内容物,次数频繁,排胎粪正常。查体:T 36.2℃,P 154次/min,R 68次/mi
The hospital confirmed by surgery and cure neonatal annular pancreas in 1 case analyzed as follows. 1 medical records male, 51 h after birth. Vomiting 2 d admission, pregnancy 37 +2 weeks because of excessive amniotic fluid cesarean section, Apgar score was normal. Amniotic fluid volume, about 3 000 ml, clear. 18h after birth, vomiting, beginning as a light coffee sample, followed by the contents of the yellow stomach, frequent, row normal meconium. Examination: T 36.2 ℃, P 154 times / min, R 68 times / mi
