目的探讨乌拉坦静脉注射,对红细胞的能量代谢的影响.方法 20只家兔使用25%乌拉坦经耳缘静脉麻醉,给药30 min后经颈外静脉采血.每只家兔血样使用肝素抗凝后,分为3组,分别加入葡萄糖(GS)、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)和氯化钠(Nac)l以观察溶血率是否可以被降低.结果实验后血样,葡萄糖(GS)组和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)组,与Nacl对照组相比,GS组溶血率明显下降(P<0.05);ATP组溶血率明显下降(P<0.01).并且与GS对照组相比,ATP组溶血率也明显下降(P<0.01).结论乌拉坦静脉注射后,红细胞破坏溶解现象可以被葡萄糖(GS)和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)纠正,并且加入ATP可使溶血率的下降更为明显.乌拉坦可能是影响了红细胞糖酵解过程中的某个环节及ATP的利用,造成红细胞能量供应不足,凋亡溶解.
Objective To investigate the effects of intravenous urethane on the energy metabolism of erythrocytes.Methods Twenty rabbits were anesthetized with 25% urethane via ear vein, and blood was taken via the external jugular vein after 30 min of administration.The heparin After coagulation, the rats were divided into 3 groups: glucose, GS and ATP; and sodium chloride (Nac) l respectively to observe whether the hemolysis rate could be decreased.Results After the experiment, blood samples, glucose group and adenosine triphosphate (P <0.05), the hemolysis rate in ATP group decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the hemolysis rate in ATP group also decreased significantly compared with that in Nacl control group P <0.01) .ConclusionUnfortunately, the destruction of erythrocytes can be corrected by glucose (GS) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) after intravenous injection of urethane, and the decrease of hemolysis rate is more obvious when ATP is added. A certain part of the glycolysis process and the use of ATP, resulting in insufficient supply of red blood cells, apoptosis and lysis.
