Objective: To investigate the application of dural suture anastomosis in severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: A total of 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who came to our hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. All patients were given craniotomy craniotomy debridement decompression, experimental group given preoperative dural suture suture, the control group of conventional cranial suture. Postoperative general symptomatic treatment and intensive care, compared the two groups of patients with treatment and adverse reactions. Results: The effective rate of treatment group after treatment was higher than that of control group and adverse reaction event was lower than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05) by chi-square test. CONCLUSIONS: In patients with severe craniocerebral injury, craniotomy decompressive craniectomy leads to premature dural suture closure, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
