子宫内膜癌术后的患者出现绝经综合征,中医认为主要与肾虚有关,同时还涉及到心肝脾的功能失调。故中医多以补肾为治疗大法,同时兼顾调理心肝脾。西医则认为其可能与卵巢激素失调、氧化应激损伤、细胞因子的变化及社会心理有关,性激素治疗(HT)是目前的主要治疗方法,但越来越多的非激素疗法正被人们广泛接受。
