目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高眼科会诊工作质量中的应用效果。方法:自2015年9月始以“提高眼科会诊工作质量”为主题,开展品管圈活动,按照品管圈程序进行现场调研,运用科学的统计方法和品管工具,进行问题解析与临床真因验证,制定具有针对性的对策并落实。结果:实施品管圈活动后,会诊患者的满意度由改善前的84.80%提升至改善后的96.10%,实施前后满意度差异显著(P<0.05);活动后圈员一般自我效能感、综合素质评分均较活动前提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动的实施提升了患者满意度,优化了眼科会诊工作流程,提高了圈员的一般自我效能感及圈员的综合素质,对工作质量的提高也起到了强有力的推动作用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the quality of eye consultation. Methods: From September 2015 onwards, with the theme of “improving the quality of eye consultation”, conduct quality control circle activities, carry out on-site investigation according to quality control circle procedures, and use scientific statistical methods and quality control tools to conduct problem solving and Clinical reasons for validation, the development of targeted countermeasures and implementation. Results: Satisfaction of the consultation patients increased from 84.80% before the improvement to 96.10% after the implementation of the quality control circle. There was significant difference in satisfaction before and after the implementation (P <0.05). After the activities, the general self-efficacy of the gospel, Quality score than before activity increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of quality control circle activities enhance patient satisfaction, optimize the ophthalmic consultation workflow, enhance the general self-efficacy of circle members and the overall quality of circle members, and also play a powerful role in promoting the quality of work .
