目前,在液压行业中,大多采用椭圆齿轮流量计,柱塞式液压马达和涡轮式流量计作为测量流量的一次传感器。对于前二种传感器,必须标定出仪表常数K值后才能使用;对于涡轮式流量传感器,其出厂时所提供的K值是介质是水时的数值,若介质改为油液,也必须重新进行标定。而目前具有流量标定装置的单位不多,尤其具有以油液为介质的标定装置更为稀少,但液压元件试验标准又规定必须对流量计进行定期标定后才准许使用。这样,对有条件的单位,就很有必要自建流量标定装置了。
